Davy Provoost
Health & Human Performance Coach, Head S&C RSCA Men's Academy, International master trainer Stride Europe
Davy’s mission is to assist high performers – both business entrepreneurs and top-level sportsmen and women – to build up their levels of resilience to combat the stresses and strains of everyday life, to maximise their athletic capabilities, to help them remain injury-free, and to allow them to become the best possible version of themselves, so that they can continue to do the things they love to the very best of their ability. He achieves this by promoting self-care in all domains of health and human performance as the central pillar in his approach.
Davy has more than 10 years of experience in providing guidance and advice to entrepreneurs and footballers. He was previously active as the S&C Coach for the youth teams at the KAA Gent football club, followed by 3 years as the physical coach of the women’s first team at RSC Anderlecht, and is currently Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Anderlecht’s Men’s Academy. In addition, Davy also conducts international training sessions as a master trainer for Stride Europe, offering educational instruction to other professionals in his industry that helps them to raise the knowledge and quality of their service provision to a higher level.

Do it for yourself
In much the same way as in an aircraft in distress you first need to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others, so the same principle should also be applied in everyday life. You can only effectively care for others and perform to the best of your ability if you first take good care of yourself. Self-care is not a luxury; it is a necessity. Your energy, resilience and health are the foundations for everything, on which you can build further in every domain of life.
As an athlete and professional coach, I consciously opt for a holistic approach, in which quality is always the main criteria. I want the very best for the men and women I coach and this starts with the food and other things that they consume each day. TGA supplements perfectly complement this vision. In a world in which people eat and drink too much, but still have a shortage of essential nutrients, these supplements can be a valuable addition to our daily diet.
Thanks to the purity of the ingredients and their high levels of biological availability and absorption, I have noticed that my clients experience a clear improvement in their energy, recovery and general well-being. It is only then that they realise just how good they can really feel!

Creatine
Creatine is one of the most widely researched supplements and it has a proven positive impact on all domains relating to health and performance. It plays a crucial role in explosive sports and power training, thanks to its ability to support the body’s production of energy (ATP), which helps to accelerate the recovery process – a crucial factor for everyone who engages in intensive sporting activity.
What people often forget, however, is that creatine also offers powerful cognitive benefits. It improves mental alertness and focus, while also contributing to greater resilience during periods of stress or lack of sleep. For my female athletes I often recommend the use of creatine as an added support during the menstrual cycle. It helps to control mood swings, increases mental resilience and provides relief for PMS complaints like tiredness and feelings of gloom.
In short: creatine is much more than just a sport supplement; it is a versatile tool to support optimal performance, both physically and mentally. Low effort, maximum results.
Whether you are a passionate sportsman or woman or if you simply want to start each new day full of energy, electrolytes are, in my opinion, the best supplement for promoting optimal hydration and performance.
After a night without fluid intake, your body awakes the next morning in a slightly dehydrated state. Even so, many people start their day with one or more cups of coffee, which further drains their mineral reserves. If, however, you start your day with an intake of water and electrolytes, you will put back the essential minerals that you need for greater energy, alertness and focus.
For sportsmen and women, this is a powerful but often underrated performance booster. Pre-hydrating with a TGA electrolyte solution increases the blood volume prior to sporting activity. This in turn directly improves the flow of oxygen to your muscles, boosts your level of endurance and helps to prevent cramps, tiredness and loss of performance. And, not unimportantly: TGA electrolytes also taste fantastic and contain the perfect proportions of minerals to ensure maximal uptake and effect.
Put simply: if you want to prepare your body for demanding physical activity or even if you just want to start the day feeling fit and sharp, electrolytes need to be a part of your daily self-care kit.
