Matthieu Bonne is well-known as one of the most inspirational endurance athletes in the world. His mission: to push the boundaries of the human body and to show that with discipline, mental endurance and an iron will almost anything is possible.
As a professional athlete, Matthieu has developed unique reserves of physical and mental resilience that he now uses during extreme sporting challenges: from multi-day endurance competitions to physically exhausting events that few others can even attempt. He has inspired thousands of people with his remarkable staying power and his positive mindset.
During his career, Matthieu has set a number of world records:
- Open water swimming: 131 km non-stop in 60 hours and 55 minutes (Greece)
- Cycling: 3,619 km in 7 days (Arizona)
- 6-day ultra-running: 1,046 km in 6 days (Hungary)
- 48-hour ultra-running: 485 km (Poland)
- Eight triathlons on eight of the Canary Islands in eight days

My favourite for immediately after training. The Whey Isolate (Vanilla) helps me kick-start the recovery process and nourish my muscles. Fast, pure, and effective.
Bone Broth
I often combine my shake with the Bone Broth. Ideal for supporting tendons and joints, so that my body as a whole also recovers faster and stronger.
Isotonic Drink
As an extreme endurance sportsman, I need plenty of fuel – preferably in the form of a sports drink that supports my performance. I have now been able to test TGA Isotonic at length and I have noticed a clear difference. The energy lasts longer, recovery is faster and the taste is surprisingly good.
Creatine & Beta-alanine
